Fast Eddie’s Cadillac

Pennsylvania residents will be duly impressed that our esteemed Governor, Fast Eddie Rendell,  has decided to set a proper example, by keeping his state-leased 2008 Cadillac DTS, rather than getting a new one. Since taking office, Fast Eddie has annually upgraded to the newest model year Caddy. However, this year, times are tough, and he has placed a freeze on new state vehicles and purchases, in light of revenue shortfalls in the first quarter exceeding a quarter of a BILLION dollars. I just hope that his 2008 Caddy can still fuel his need for speed.
