1. People who remember how horrible the Jimmy Carter years were.
2. People who are about to find out.
I would normally put this under Humor, but it’s anything but. It’s reality.

$99,600 for doorbells included in the stimulus package for a housing program in Mississippi. What in HELL does that have to do with economic stimulus?
