OK, I’m generally not into wearing a tin foil hat, but I’m curious about this citizenship issue. Prior to the election, there were various lawsuits which sought to establish BHO’s eligibility to be President, based on whether he is a natural born citizen.
This issue has been well documented on Free Republic, but has been given minimal coverage by the Main Stream Media. Currently, there is another challenge in the form of a stay, that was denied by Justice Souter (or his clerk; that is not clear), but NOT denied by Justice Thomas. There is a conference (with all of the Justices) set for December 5 on this matter.
His COLB (Certification Of Live Birth) has been scanned and posted on the Internet, but it’s meaningless as far as incontrivertible proof. The COLB is merely a transcript; where exactly is his Birth Certificate?
One person has done a detailed examination of the COLB, and posted a rather lengthy documentation of his results. And before dismissing this, just keep in mind that it was a person posting on the internet who broke the forgeries regarding GWB’s Texas Air National Guard service, which were faxed to CBS by Bill Burkett and broadcast by Dan Rather.
Whether this has merit or not, no one knows; that’s up for the SCOTUS to decide. However,it’s time to put this to rest and move on. All that’s needed is for BHO to produce his Birth Certificate and prove his country of birth.
